This month, Aviva Grinnell joins our team as revelation’s new Head of Creative after spending the past four years as Head of Creative Services for Swarovski.
At revelation, Aviva will be responsible for driving the vision for our Creative growth with clients and partners, as well as providing guidance, mentorship and leadership for our editorial teams and content production team.
We talked and met with more than a dozen highly qualified candidates to help shape and the vision for this role, and Aviva’s experience, energy and expertise shone brightest through this process.

Building on revelation’s first few years of initial success and growth, Aviva will be focused on expanding capabilities, raising quality and cultivating talent.

Prior to her time at Swarovski, Aviva spent the first decade of her career in publishing at Conde Nast titles Vogue and Architectural Digest, Redbook, Food & Wine and others, and has tremendous visibility and insight into a number of cultural passions and consumer-oriented verticals. With impeccable references and praise from some of the biggest, brightest marketing and creative leaders in our industry, Aviva has worked on and led some of the great Creative we have seen in market in recent years.

Aviva is originally from Texas, has a BA in journalism, and played in a competitive skeeball league for many years. She has a two-year old son and lives with her husband, Cary, in Brooklyn.
